We start out with a design consultation. We’ll have one of our experts come by to get an idea of your vision. We will create design mockup options and customization for your approval. We want to help make your holiday light display memorable and as close to what you like to see everyday during the holiday season.
Confirmation & Scheduling Of The Service
Once we’ve got the perfect design and ready to bring it to life, we’ll get to scheduling. We’ll schedule a day to have our team custom cut and install the lights specifically to your home. We’ll also plan ahead and schedule your takedown date.
Installation, Takedown, Storage, & Discounts
On the day of install, our team will notify you a day ahead and the day of installation. Once the lights are installed, sit back and enjoy the holiday spirit! Once the January comes around, we will come to takedown lights and store them. We also will let you know your loyalty discounts!

Do you offer free estimates?
We do offer free estimates. We offer it alongside our free design consultation to get your vision to life.
Do you install lights I already own?
No we do not. We only install OUR LIGHTS. Our program is a rental program.
The reason we do not install your lights is because of quality and liability issues.
Say we install your lights and something happens such as causing a fire. Our insurance does not cover your lights.
Also, our lights are regularly maintained year round to ensure safety and reliability. You get an overall better quality product at the end of the day.
Can I choose the colors, patterns, or effects?
Absolutely! We have designs that you can choose from and we will create a mockup custom design for you so that you can envision how the lights going to look like.
Whether you like to have warm white, RGB, different patterns or effects, we’ll work with you to make that happen.
Do you offer different types of lights and decorations?
Yes we do. Our lights are customized down to the very bulbs. We also provide custom garlands, wreaths, and colored tree wrap colors.
Do you offer warranties on the lights and installation?
Yes we do! We will go out and fix any lights and strands that are broken free of charge within 24 hours or sooner. That means we come out even in the middle of the night to fix the light for you if needed.

When should I schedule my Christmas lights installation?
We have early bird pricing starting in July and urge everyone to book and reserve their spot before we run out of room. The installation is for September and October for early bird pricing and discounts.
We do a large amount of installation during Early November and all the way into December.
It is first come first served. Please do not wait until the last minute as we can’t guarantee any spot. We have a limited amount of teams and capacity in inventory during peak season.
How long does installation take?
Depending on size and complexity, it could take from 30 minutes to 3 hours and could be a whole day too.
Example, for a $1000 roofline lights installation, that will take the team about 2-3 hours.
Do I need to be home for the installation?
We prefer that you are home.
Before any project is scheduled there is a 50% deposit. The final payment is after installation and that you are happy with everything.
If you are not home, payment needs to be made in full before our team starts installing.
When will you take the Christmas lights down?
We start taking lights down January 1st – End of February and can sometimes bleed into March.
Do you offer storage for lights after the season?
Absolutely. We offer storage so you don’t have to worry about tangled cords or damaged lights next year.
These are indoor storage units with ventilation and air conditioning. So the materials and lights stay at constant room temperature where the metal and plastics don’t expand or deform. So when you (the customer) have your lights back up next year it’s almost like new.
Do you offer warranties or service guarantees?
Yes, we do. If you will have issues with the lights, we come and fix it immediately. It is extremely rare that anything should happen as we use high quality premium grade equipment and products. In rare cases something does go wrong, we are fully insured for Holiday Lights. It takes out the headache and gives you total peace of mind for the holidays.
If I don't own the lights, how will I get them up again next year?
We reach out to our loyal clients as early as August to get their lights scheduled for installation. We send out reminders and let you know that it’s that time of the year again.
The lights that were custom cut and fitted to your home are stored with your address and name on them. You just have to let us know when you want them on again and our team will come by and have them put up in no time!
Our loyal clients get 10% off their 2nd year and an additional 10% if they get the lights on during our early bird special.
Are your installers insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every installer is fully insured, professionally trained, and background-checked for your peace of mind.

Do Christmas lights use more electricity than light bulbs?
A single light bulb is 10x more than an entire roofline of christmas lights that are premium grade LED. It also depends on what kind of lights are being used. Is your provider using LED lights or Incandescent? We use premium grade LED, so they shine a lot better and are more vibrant than incandescent. At the same time it uses 10 times less electricity
